Well...I thought he looked regal anyway.

Just a random dragon I started drawing the other day and decided to colour. I guess it came out alright :/
I need to work on colouring and DRAWING wings D: Suggestionsplz c:

Those little round things hanging off his horns are meant to be bells :3

with wings I just try to imagine how much skin is needed to fill the gaps between the fingers when the dragon is stretching, then put all that into like an arching fold and hanging at the same time. its hard. especially b/c you have to get the illusion that the skin is coming towards the viewer.

Haha! I love this guy's super thick chin >:3 And he's got pretty colors. (:
The spikes are mega awesome as well, 'specially the ones coming out of his jaw and his chest. I love the wrinkles in his horns >8D 'Cuz wrinkles are awesome! and so are BELLS! I luv bells <333
As for the wings, the structure is great. I've always admired how you draw 'em :3 The webbing itself, I'd say don't draw as many lines, and don't connect them as much. Where the webbing connects to the arm could also be improved by making the skin look more uniform; like a bat's wing.

I really like the cool, misty background too! Great job Ny Ny!
